I have been in deep thoughts on a certain recurring question i.e, How would the life of a student look and feel if there was no mental barrier stopping the student from achieving his/her goals?

I have researched a lot on this topic and found my answers. I will be sharing them with the community of ‘infotruck’. stay tuned to find out students. 


We must understand that, Once the mental capacity of your brain reaches new horizons, success seems to feel like a fresh breeze of wind. This state of mind can only be achieved through rigorous practice and adherence to methods like ‘Hypnosis’.  

Not everybody is perfect in the way they live their lives. The self-realization of one’s shortcomings is very very necessary to attain success. How can we make our lives better and stronger when we are not able to locate the problem in our life that is making us weak.

I have a solution for that. So the first step is to identify the issue. There are many ways of self-realization. The most prominent method among all the others is called “SELF HYPNOSIS”. This method is not new to humankind. It has been in practice for centuries. Even modern medical science approves of it.

The process is also termed as hypnotherapy. Some professionals can handle and cure people suffering from stress and other psychological issues. Such issues must not be left alone and should be tended to as soon as possible.

Hypnotherapy can be considered as a way to relieve stress and anxiety from the mind. As we all know students among others are the most prone to such stress owing to academic pressure and force. Many of them who cannot handle the induced stress resort to extreme lengths such as giving up their lives.

We do not want the students to feel such kinds of destructive emotions.

Most importantly this procedure does not take up a lot of time from your busy schedules.

I assure you of the fact that every second you spend practising this method is worth and it is going to change your perception and way of thinking towards handling your life.


Self-hypnosis is a state of mind where the concentration levels of an individual are raised to unbelievable standards. There are two types of hypnosis. they are

  1. Self-hypnosis
  2. Induced hypnosis.

There is not much difference in the above-mentioned practices. Induced hypnosis is the process where a certified professional such as a therapist induces hypnosis onto you whereas SELF HYPNOSIS is a much easier and self-taught process. The result of hypnotherapy is the same no matter which method you choose.

Confidence in yourself and the will to attain success is not only a need but is the required condition of the mind to get into a trance called ‘SELF HYPNOSIS’. There are many opinions and theories on the subject of hypnotherapy out there in the world.


Some say the best way to attain a trance-like state is through meditation. That is not a completely wrong statement but I believe that it is not completely attainable by a person just starting his /her journey in the way of hypnosis. Foundation is a basic thing for every process and ‘SELF HYPNOSIS’ lays the foundation. The procedure is simple and effective.

The initial days when you practising hypnosis might be difficult. To clarify, it can be compared to that of going to the gym. You will feel sore in the muscles and you might not be able to do a good number of repetitions. As you keep working out in the gym you will be able to lift more and more heavyweights with a decent amount of repetitions. The same goes for practising self-hypnosis. Do not let yourself down, keep practising every day until you can completely get your mind under control.

How to attain ‘SELF HYPNOSIS’?

Before coming to the steps to perform self-hypnosis you must understand this

Firstly, we have to make a suggestion or a statement in our mind. which plays a prominent role in this process. statements are a simple chanting in your mind to tune up the brain into focusing.

Meanwhile, your statements should be


A statement is an idea or proposal designed to elicit or effect a response in thought or behaviour
For instance
• To relieve stress at work you can use. i.e “ I am relaxed at work”.
• To help yourself to reduce the nervousness before a public speech you can use. i.e. “ I am a confident speaker”.

Above all remember that your statement should be including “l” focus on something.
These statements are the messages to your own subconscious mind.

Steps to acquire SELF HYPNOSIS?

1. Relax your body.

The most primitive step in this procedure is to relax your body. Try to keep your spine straight and your head in a relaxed position.

2. Find an object to focus your attention on to it.

The mind tends to shift its focus from topic to topic. This is a common phenomenon during the initial stages. So try to find a physical object and place it at the same level as your eyes so that the spine stays straight. Your conscious attention is needed and this is a bit hard to attain. Keep practising

3. Clear your thoughts and focus on the object.

As stated in the 2 and point try to maintain your focus on the object you have chosen. You might have unnecessary thoughts in your mind while practising this procedure. This is common in the initial states so just keep practising.

4. Inhale and exhale while focusing on the object.  

Moreover, remember to keep track of your inhalations and exhalations. Imagine receiving a new form of energy with every inhalation and imagine storing that information in your body with every exhalation. Do not forget to keep track of every inhalation and exhalation. This is the most crucial stage in the procedure of ‘SELF HYPNOSIS’.

5. Start counting down numbers from 10 to 1.

Above all, this step is done mainly to slow down the thought process in our brains so that we may slowly start entering the trance state. This is a very difficult step to master. So be sure to practice it thoroughly.

Continue this step frequently until the desired stage is achieved. Think of the sentence  I am relaxing’ while you practice step 4. this will help you relax your mind slowly.

You will be slipping into the trance state slowly after practicing the above steps daily until you master this procedure.
